Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQ's

Q - Are Eurorepar Car Service centres permitted to be open under UK lockdown restrictions?
Workshops are authorised to be open, according to the latest information from the UK Government relating to the enhanced measures being taken to fight against the spreading of the COVID-19 virus. This is to ensure the mobility of both ‘Key Workers’ and general members of the public.

 

Q - My vehicle is booked-in for non-urgent repairs or maintenance, how can I change my appointment?
You’ll need to contact (phone/email) your Eurorepar car service centre to rearrange or amend your appointment. Amendments to online bookings cannot be made online.

 

Q - What type of work can be carried out by Eurorepar Car Service centres during the lockdown period?
All types of work. We can do all the usual jobs (Servicing, maintenance, repair…), however, we will prioritise urgent operations and jobs for ‘Key Workers’.

 

Q - Are workshops open for all clients?
Yes. We will take care of your vehicle, whether you are a ‘Key Worker’ or a general member of the public.

Q - What measures are being taken to limit the spread of the virus and ensure the health of customers / staff?
Please be reassured that our Eurorepar Car Service centres nationwide are focused on providing the highest levels of sanitisation and distancing to protect all customers and employees.  To help with social distancing, we ask you to adhere to the agreed drop off & collection times, which will help us to ensure you can maintain a safe distance from our staff & other customers.

 

Q - My MOT is due, do I need to book my car in? 
Yes. MOTs should be carried out as per their normal schedule, under the latest Government guidelines.

 

Q - How can I get my car to you?
You can either drop the vehicle off at a pre agreed date & time & arrange its collection at a later date or in some circumstances our centres may be able to offer a delivery & collection service, depending on availability.

 

Q - Will a courtesy car be made available for me when work is being carried out on my vehicle?
This will be subject to availability at your local centre. Please confirm whether you need a courtesy car when booking your appointment and they will confirm availability.

 

Q - Can I drive my vehicle if work is required on it or a warning light has appeared on my car, but I cannot get it booked in with the repairer?
This will depend on what work is required on the vehicle.  Please contact your local Eurorepar Car Service Centre.

 

Q - Are there any delays to parts supply?
The supply chain remains in place to ensure our Parts are delivered where they are needed. 

 

Q - I need to take my vehicle in for diagnosis but I’m concerned about face to face contact?
