What Is Brakes for Life?

The Brakes for Life program offers a unique benefit: when you purchase and fit Eurorepar brake pads or discs at our workshop, we’ll replace them free of charge for as long as you own your vehicle. It’s a commitment to your safety and a reward for your loyalty, ensuring that your brakes always perform at their best.

How It Works

Participating in the Brakes for Life program is easy:

1. Purchase and Fit: Choose Eurorepar brake pads or discs and have them professionally fitted at our workshop.

2. Enjoy Free Replacements: If your brake pads or discs wear out, we’ll replace them at no cost to you.

   • Please note: This program covers the cost of the brake parts only. Labour charges will apply for fitting the replacements.

3. Keep Your Certificate of Validation: After your purchase, you’ll receive a certificate with a unique customer code. Retain this document to make future claims.

What Are the Eligibility Requirements?

To qualify for the Brakes for Life program, customers must:

• Purchase Eurorepar brake pads or discs and have them fitted at a participating Eurorepar Car Service centre.

• Purchase three additional Eurorepar service parts (e.g., filters, spark plugs, oil) and have them fitted at the same workshop.

• Retain the certificate of validation, which must be presented when making a claim.

Please note: The guarantee applies only to the original vehicle owner and is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold. If the certificate is lost or damaged, the guarantee is void.

Eurorepar Car Service Brakes For Life – Terms and Conditions

1.       In these terms and conditions, capitalised words shall have the meanings given below:

“Customer”: means the owner or registered keeper of a vehicle who has purchased a set of Eurorepar brake pads or discs from a Eurorepar Car Service Centre.

“Eurorepar”: means Peugeot Motor Company PLC (trading as Eurorepar Car Service) with company number 00148545, and Registered Office at Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam way, Coventry, West Midlands England, CV3 1ND.

“Eurorepar Car Service Centre”: means an independent garage authorised by Eurorepar to service vehicles of all makes and to sell spare parts.

“Guarantee”: means the Eurorepar Car Service Brakes for Life Guarantee set out in condition 2 below and which is subject to these terms and conditions.

“Eurorepar Service-Related Parts”: means any of the following Eurorepar parts: air filter; oil filter; spark plugs; pollen filter or fuel filter, supplied by a Eurorepar Car Service Centre.

2.       Subject to these terms and conditions, the Guarantee only covers the cost of replacement front and/or rear brake pads and/or discs purchased by the Customer from, and fitted by, a Eurorepar Car Service Centre, provided that a Eurorepar Car Service Centre confirms that the brake pads or discs have worn to the level where replacement is required. If both sets of pads and discs were replaced, the Guarantee applies to both sets.

3.       The Guarantee excludes the cost of fitting or labour.

4.       To activate the Guarantee, the Customer must purchase at the same time:

(a)     a set of Eurorepar brake pads or discs, including fitting, from a Eurorepar Car Service Centre at the retail price as a replacement for the brakes or discs on the vehicle; and

(b)     three (3) Eurorepar Service-Related Parts, in addition to the requirements of condition 4(a), from the Eurorepar Car Service Centre at the retail price.

5.       This offer expires in December 2025 but may be withdrawn or amended at any time. This shall not affect the rights of Customers who have already activated the Guarantee at the time of withdrawal or amendment.

6.       Subject to the exclusions below, the Guarantee is applicable to standard brake pads and discs on car and 4x4 vehicle types.

7.       All brake pad or disc replacements supplied under the Guarantee must be Eurorepar parts and fitted by a Eurorepar Car Service Centre.

8.       To make a claim under this Guarantee, the Customer must provide their certificate of validation (containing their unique customer identification code) to the Eurorepar Car Service Centre. The certificate of validation is only supplied to the Customer, via email, following the first purchase and fitting of the set of brake pads or discs, and the purchase of three (3) Eurorepar Service-Related Parts, as set out in condition 4 above. If the certificate is lost or destroyed, the Guarantee will not be valid.

9.       This Guarantee does not cover and will not be valid in respect of the following:

(a)     the cost of brake pads for ceramic brakes, sensors, wheel cylinders, master cylinders, callipers, pipes/hoses, and cables, as well as ABS systems;

(b)     vans and commercial vehicles;

(c)     vehicles leased or owned by companies, driving schools, contract hire or rental companies (including taxis), or vehicles employed for commercial purposes, track days, or competitive sports;

(d)     excessive wear of the brake pads or discs which in the opinion of the Eurorepar Car Service Centre is due to failure by the Customer to carry out proper maintenance to the braking system when required;   

(e)     replacement of brake pads or discs which in the opinion of the Eurorepar Car Service Centre remain serviceable;

(f)      any costs or losses that are not specifically covered by this Guarantee, in particular the costs incurred because of vehicles being off the road (such as, but not limited to, loss of enjoyment or use); or

(g)     damage due to negligence on the part of the Customer or failure to observe the manufacturer’s recommendations. I.e. if brake discs are replaced we recommend brakes pads are replaced at the same time.

10.    This Guarantee will not be valid in respect of brake pads or discs on the Customer’s vehicle which have been replaced by a 3^rd party which is not a member of the Eurorepar Car Service network and, in this case, the Guarantee will no longer be applicable.

11.    This Guarantee cannot be transferred to another vehicle or customer and if the Customer’s vehicle is sold to a new owner, the Guarantee will no longer be valid.
