I would like to recommend this garage for their professionalism, friendliness, competitiveness and being just brilliant! Thank you all so much for assisting me last week and the week before , when I struggled to find the garage, everyone I met was so helpful. It is rare these days to find a golden nugget like yourselves you should all be so proud (if you look after your staff, your staff will look after your customers). I wasn’t expecting my car to be ready on time to be honest….. I know you said it would be ….. and it makes such a difference when you are honest and you were. I actually forgot to mention I wanted the air conditioning system refilled (hoping for a scorching summer! ????I will make an appointment and return shortly for this. A big THANK YOU AGAIN to all involved.

I was first recommended to CWC Automotive by a colleague around four years ago, and I’ve never looked back. Ben and the team consistently deliver outstanding customer service and top-quality work, whether it’s for routine servicing, MOTs, or more complex repairs. Most recently, my timing chain disconnected and caused major damage to my engine. Ben and the team rebuilt the engine from scratch, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence during a stressful time. Even though I’m about to move further away, CWC will absolutely remain my go-to garage for all repairs, servicing, and MOTs. I can’t recommend them highly enough. What a relief to find a garage that takes leisure vehicles and understand how important timelines are kept too. Our motorhome was at last minute, booked in for a large service. With only days prior to departure for the south of France. The team managed to carry out and complete all required work. With limited time in a very professional manner. They Mainly kept us up to date with progress and completed in time for our departure ferry. We will Definitely use XL for future service and repair.

Wet Belt Replacement

My wife and I arrived at CWC garage Thursday morning, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The AA recommended CWC after a conversation we had regarding a wet belt on Ford fiesta’s, so I gave them a call to enquire about this a little more. A gentleman on the phone explained what work had to be carried out in replacing a wet belt and how much it would cost, with clear knowledge and professionalism. CWC are certainly a company I will be recommending to family and friends.. So I highly recommend CWC . A ++++

Alternator replaced

Kerr & Smith managed to fit me in the day after I contacted them with an electrical issue on my Audi. Following their initial investigation, the fault lay with the alternator which need replaced.They sourced the part & fitted it the same day whilst I waited. First class service from an experienced 7 friendly team of people. This was my first dealing with K & S but certainly won't be my last!! Many thanks.
